Environmental Literacy

The Bawdsey campus and the surrounding area (Suffolk Heritage Coast) are a perfect place to encourage students to take an interest in ecology and to appreciate and respect the environment.

Our beautiful campus on the Suffolk coast, housing our field studies centre, yacht club and environmental literacy unit, is also available to students from other schools.

Educational Support

The International Community School, Bawdsey has a professional and well established Special Educational Needs department. Internationally mobile students come with certain requirements for which we cater as part of our policy of inclusion. Students who require extra guidance and counselling can be supported by specialist teachers at an additional cost. We have a strong team of therapists and can work with a range of learning difficulties.
