Course Information
Practical hands-on
programme of General English + practical experience for working in the
service sector. This course is an opportunity for career development and
to add something concrete to a CV. It takes place in small groups of 8
max. Language skills covered: negotiations, meetings, presentations, telephoning
etc. Practical tasks covered: role plays with defined roles & objectives,
individual tutorials, visit to commercial venue, sales & customer
relations, trainer feedback.
